Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits when you visit our website:

Retention period: Log files are automatically deleted after 14 days. This data is not combined with other data sources and is used solely for the secure operation of the website.

Retention period: Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed, unless we are required by law to retain it.
10. Quote Request
When you submit a quote request, we collect additional information about your vehicle and the services you are interested in. This information is used solely to prepare and communicate a quote to you.
Retention period: Quote-related data is retained for up to 12 months to allow for follow-up and service delivery, unless you request earlier deletion.
11. Bug Reports
Our website offers the ability to report technical errors. The following data is collected:
- Error description
- Email address (optional)
- Current page URL
- Browser type and version
- Screen size
- IP address
Bug reports are transmitted by email to our development agency and may be stored in our content management system. Retention period: Bug reports are deleted after the error has been resolved, but no later than 6 months.
12. Email Delivery
For sending emails (e.g. confirmations after form submissions) we use Postmark by ActiveCampaign, LLC (USA). Postmark processes recipient email addresses, email content, and metadata (timestamps, delivery status) on our behalf. Postmark retains email content for 45 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

13. Content Management System
We use a content management system (CMS) for managing website content and storing contact enquiries and bug reports. The CMS is operated on the same infrastructure as this website (see Hosting section).
The following personal information may be stored in the CMS:
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message, consent timestamp)

- IP address and browser information (for abuse prevention)
14. Web Analytics: Plausible Analytics
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU). Plausible collects no personal information, sets no cookies, and does not use fingerprinting. Only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics are collected (e.g. page views, referral sources, device type, country).

15. Web Analytics: Metricool
This website uses Metricool, a web analytics and social media management service by Metricool S.L. (Spain, EU). Metricool operates cookieless and collects only anonymised usage statistics. No personal information is stored and no tracking across sessions is performed.

16. Spam Protection
To protect our forms from automated spam submissions, we use a server-side honeypot solution. This checks whether a hidden form field remains empty and whether a minimum amount of time has elapsed between page load and form submission.
No external services (such as Google reCAPTCHA) are used and no additional personal information is collected for this purpose.
17. Social Media Links
Our website contains links to our profiles on social networks. These are simple hyperlinks — no social media plugins or SDKs are embedded. Data is only transmitted to the social network operator when you actively click on a link.
